Patient Information
New Patient Referrals
Physician Referrals: When another physician refers you to our office, that doctor will promptly receive a report of our findings and course of treatment. You may be advised to return to the referring physician for ongoing neurological care.
Private Referrals: Our greatest compliment is when a new patient has been referred to us by a family member, another patient or a friend. We encourage private referrals.
If you have been referred to our office either privately or by a physician, please visit our New Patient Information page.

Fees and Insurance
To provide you with the highest quality care while maintaining reasonable fees, CJNA has established policies regarding payment and insurance. Payment at the time of service is expected for consultations, revisits and EEGs. We will submit to your insurance for payment of EMGs, other testing and hospital consultations. We understand that medical bills may be overwhelming and we are willing to work with you to settle your account. However, your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company and the patient is ultimately responsible for payment. You will receive a monthly statement to advise you of the status of your account, including what has been paid by your insurance and what is due from you.
