Susan M. Lage, D.O.
Dr. Lage earned her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine, Piscataway, New Jersey. She performed her medical internship at Kennedy Memorial Hospital, Stratford, New Jersey. Dr. Lage completed her medical residency at Kennedy Memorial Hospital, Stratford, New Jersey, where she served as chief resident. She performed her neurological residency at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago and her fellowship training in neurophysiology.
