Office consultations, continued treatment and testing are done by appointment only in order to give you our full attention.  The hours and phone number for our office is listed below.  To change or cancel an appointment, kindly give us at least 24 hours notice.  We reserve the right to charge for any cancelled or missed appointments without sufficient notice.  Please try to schedule follow-up appointments well in advance.  Extended hours are sometimes available to
help accommodate emergencies or requests from referring physicians.

Call the office during regular office hours to schedule appointments or to ask a question regarding your medical condition.

Results of tests done in our office will be available after 72 hours.  Preliminary reports can be faxed within 24 hours if requested.

Directions

• From the North via the Garden State Parkway: 

  • Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 123 (Route 9 South).  Follow
    Route 9 South past the Freehold Raceway Mall to West Main Street / Route 537
    exit ramp.  Turn Right onto Route 537 West. Continue straight for approximately
    1.5 miles, then turn Left onto Iron Bridge Road (Across from Centra State Medical
    Center).  We will be the fourth building on the Right, number 501. 

• From the North via Route 9: 

  • Follow Route 9 South past the Freehold Raceway Mall to West Main Street /
    Route 537 exit ramp.  Turn Right onto Route 537 West. Continue straight for
    approximately 1.5 miles, then turn Left onto Iron Bridge Road (Across from
    Centra State Medical Center).  We will be the fourth building on the Right,
    number 501.  

• From the South via the Garden State Parkway: 

  • Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 100 B for Route 33 West /
    Freehold.  Follow 33 West to Route 537 West, turn Left onto Route 537 West. 
    Continue straight for approximately 1.5 miles, then turn Left onto Iron Bridge Road
    (Across from Centra State Medical Center).  We will be the fourth building on the
    Right, number 501.

• From the South via Route 9:

  • Take Route 9 North to exit for Main St. Freehold / Route 537 West.  Stay Left on
    exit ramp, towards traffic light.  At light, turn Left onto Route 537 West.  Continue
    straight for approximately 1.5 miles, then turn Left onto Iron Bridge Road (Across
    from Centra State Medical Center).  We will be the fourth building on the Right,
    number 501.

• From the West via Route 33:

  • Take Route 33 East until it splits, continue straight on the Route 33 bypass, DO NOT
    bear right onto Route 33 Business.  Take the first exit for Route 537, continue about
    1/2 mile to traffic light and make a Right onto Route 537.  Continue straight for
    approximately 1/2 mile, then turn Left onto Iron Bridge Road (Across from Centra
    State Medical Center).  We will be the fourth building on the Right, number 501.
