About Our Practice

Central Jersey Neurology Associates, P.A. is located in Freehold, New Jersey. 

At Central Jersey Neurology Associates, P.A., our primary purpose is to provide quality, professional neurological services to our patients.  To achieve this, each physician and staff member makes every effort to give conscientious and thorough care to our patients in a courteous and prompt manner.

Our physicians:

• Amos Katz, M.D. - Neurologist, also specializing in Pain Management and Multiple Sclerosis.
• David J. Frank, M.D. - Neurologist
• Susan M. Lage, D.O. - Neurologist
• Vasko K. Gulevski, M.D. - Neurologist

The physicians of CJNA perform consultations to evaluate neurological problems, injuries resulting from work-related accidents, motor vehicle accidents, Independent Medical Exams (IME), and if needed, continued neurological treatment.  For information on what types of insurance we participate with, see our Patient Information page. 

The doctors perform neurological testing, including EMGs and nerve conduction studies while our EEGs, and evoked potentials are done by an in house technician.  Our specialty treatment services include Botulinum toxin (Botox) injection therapy for relief of involuntary muscle spasms and migraine headaches.
